A town hall with management and final pre-season game vs. Wolves in Newmarket is on deck.
The Kingston Frontenacs are getting closer to opening night after a busy week that included a preseason win, a roster move and a new event for season-ticket holders.
Kingston beat the Ottawa 67’s 4-3 Friday in Cornwall, with several regulars seeing action as the Frontenacs continue preparing for the 2026-27 OHL season.
Jack Clark, coordinator of communications and videography for the Frontenacs and co-host of What’s Good with the Kingston Frontenacs, said the game offered an encouraging early look.
The organization is also holding its first season-ticket holder town hall Monday from 5 to 6 p.m. General manager Cory Cooper and head coach Troy Mann are expected to take questions from fans.
Kingston also traded defenceman Lucas Moore to the Soo Greyhounds as the club continues shaping its roster.
The regular season begins Sept. 17 in Peterborough before Kingston’s home opener Sept. 20.
