What's Good in Kingston: Trick shots and softball chaos are coming to Kingston

Comedy softball team Les 4 Chevaliers will face the Greater Kingston Softball Association in a family-friendly exhibition game on May 30.

A legendary comedy softball team is bringing its high-energy show to Kingston later this month. Les 4 Chevaliers, also known as “The 4 Knights of Fastpitch,” will take on the Greater Kingston Softball Association in a comedy exhibition game on May 30 at Park Cloverdale.

President of GKSA, Chris Rayner explains more.

The event promises a mix of softball skills, trick plays and comedy entertainment. Promotional material for the show describes the group as a long-running act that has appeared on television and earned attention for its unusual softball stunts and humour-filled performances.

Rayner says this is a fun weekend activity

The game is scheduled for 3 p.m. at Park Cloverdale, located at 1030 Sunnyside Rd. Presale tickets are listed at $15.

The team has been entertaining crowds since 1965 and is known for combining athletic talent with comedy routines during games. Organizers say the event is designed to be family-friendly and fun for all ages.
