Almost Home gala fast approaching!
It will be a night of demin and big hair as Almost Home prepare for their biggest fundraising event.
The organization is hosting the 80s Glam Gala Friday May 23 at Our Lady of Fatima Parish Hall on Division St.
Fund Development Manger Leslie Myles says this year's event will be a blast from the past.
Almost Home provides a place where families can stay while their children are being treated at Kingston area hospitals.
Myles says most if not all of their operational costs are covered by these funds.
This year's 80s Glam Gala will feature a dinner, live and silent auction, and live music from 80's Enuff Band and Daisy Entertainment.
Myles says they hope to surpass last year's total.
