Kingston is getting a taste of Greece this summer as Greek Fest 2026 returns to the city for a full day of food, music and culture.

The free event takes place Saturday, Aug. 22, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the Greek Banquet Hall, 121 Johnson St. Commitee member, Marina Leos explains more.

Visitors can enjoy authentic Greek cuisine, live bouzouki and music performances, traditional Greek dancing, local artisans and a marketplace.

Organizers are inviting residents to bring their friends, appetites and dancing shoes for a celebration of Greek culture and community.

Admission is free with a donation of non-perishable food items or money to the Partners in Mission Food Bank.

The event is designed to bring the community together while supporting a local food bank.

Greek Fest 2026 is open to everyone and organizers are encouraging Kingston residents to come out and celebrate.
