The show is a benefit for Partners in Mission food bank.

Take a musical trip back in time while helping those who are less fortunate.

The Food for Friends Rock Show is happening this Sunday night at Stages Nightclub on Princess St.

The benefit concert is being presented by Secura Financial.

Pat Murphy, who is a partner at Secura, says it is going to be a night full of music that will bring back memories.

One of the bands that will be taking the stage at Stages that night will be 80s Enuff. Murphy is also the lead vocalist in the group.

He recalls having these benefits shows with fellow Kingston musician Sarah Harmer years ago.

Murphy says people can expect to see a great show full of glitz and glam throughout the night.

Five-Dollar Dates, Kyra, and the Empties are also on the bill with proceeds going to Partners in Mission food bank.

Tickets are $30 and are available through BounceLife.
