This year's fundraiser for Mood Disorders Society of Canada is at the Memorial Centre grounds.
The 2026 Kingston Defeat Depression Walk in Kingston will be taking place at a new location.
It will be happening on Saturday May 30 raising money for Mood Disorders Society of Canada.
The event had previously been taken place at the Lake Ontario Park.
Campaign Coordinator Brandi McConkey says, for this year, it is being held at the track outside Kingston Memorial Centre.
Participants can walk in honour of loved ones, their own mental health journey, or in solidarity with others.
McConkey says local volunteers help run the event.
The campaign has raised $3.75 million since it began in 2012.
McConkey says everyone is invited to take part in the event.
The Defeat Depression Walk in Kingston is one of seven happening across Canada that weekend.
Registration starts at 9 am with the walk beginning at 10 am.
More information can be found by going to the Kingston Defeat Depression website.
