Spend your Saturday mornings (and one tasty Thursday) in the Springer Market Square amphi-theatre, where local chefs take centre stage. Watch step-by-step cooking demos from some of the city’s top restaurants, sample the finished creation for just $2, and bring home a recipe card so you can recreate it in your own kitchen. The Demos run Saturday mornings starting July 19th from 11 am to noon. The one-time Thursday event runs from 5 pm to 6 pm. Find the full schedule here.
