The annual cross-country motorcycle event raises funds and awareness of PTSD.
The Rolling Barrage is celebrating ten years promoting awareness of post-traumatic stress disorder.
Close to 175 motorcycles will be in town when the barrage will once again stop in Kingston on Sunday August 9 at 5 pm in front of City Hall.
Event lead Richard Schumann says Kingston is one of more popular stops in the cross-Canada tour.
The route begins July 28 in St. John's, Newfoundland and rolls across communities in Canada. The route will end in Altergrove, British Columbia on August 22.
Schumann says residents will be able to meet and greet with the participants.
The event raises funds to help combat PTSD in first responders.
Schumann says the reception the riders receive is incredible.
The Rolling Barrage began in 2017 coinciding with Canada's sesquicentennial and the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge.
