Today: Speed Networking Kingston brings professionals together for a fast-paced morning of connections, coffee and conversation. Participants can meet local entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals through quick networking rounds designed to spark collaborations, grow networks and build community. Starts at 7:30am at Aspira Royale Place (Lower Level).
Today: Explore the mysteries of the universe with particle physicist Marcella Carena at the Isabel Bader Centre. The talk explores dark matter, gravitational waves and the Higgs field, offering a fascinating look at how the universe formed and why matter exists.
Tomorrow: Make every coffee count on Alzheimer’s Coffee Day at McDonald’s tomorrow. For every medium, large or extra-large coffee and McCafé product sold, 50 cents will be donated to the Alzheimer Society, helping support people affected by dementia.
Tomorrow: The Wolfe Island Garden Party returns Sept. 17-27 with 10 days of music, art, agriculture and community celebrations. Visitors can enjoy concerts, night markets, sidewalk sales, dance performances, food trucks, buskers and more across the island.
