STUFF TO DO

Today:  Kingston’s historic Public Market returns today from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Market Square. Ontario’s oldest market offers fresh food, local vendors and a lively downtown atmosphere for both residents and visitors alike.

Today:  An introductory running session is set for today at 5:30 p.m. at Runners’ Choice. New runners are invited to join a relaxed 30- to 45-minute walk-run, offering a supportive way to build confidence and get started.

Tomorrow:  A paint night fundraiser supporting the Venus Family Toy Box takes place tomorrow at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 560. The event raises funds for children in need, with proceeds going toward the organization’s annual $5,000 goal.

 

Local Sports: 

Adult badminton returns tonight from 7:15 to 8:45 p.m. at the Kingston East Community Centre. The recreational session welcomes a range of skill levels, offering a relaxed, social atmosphere. Equipment is available, though participants are encouraged to bring their own racquets.

Kingston Sentinels Women welcome Unionville Milliken SC B Women tomorrow for an evening of competitive soccer action.
