Today: The popular Kickin' It Country series returns to Springer Market Square once again tomorrow. Enjoy free line and square-dancing lessons at 6 p.m., followed by toe-tapping performances from local country artists at 7 p.m.
Tomorrow: FREE Summer Fun on Sydenham returns tomorrow, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sydenham Street between Princess and Queen streets in Kingston. Families can enjoy kid-friendly activities, live music, and entertainment in this weekly community celebration.

The 2025-26 OUA Championship schedule has been released, The Queen's Gaels Cross Country Championships will be held on October 25th at CFB Kingston Fort Henry Cross Country Trail.
The Kingston Baseball Assocation and The Greater Kingston Soccer Association have no games scheduled this weekend.
