Today: Start your day with free Yoga in the Park at Lake Ontario Park in Kingston. Led by instructor Shobha, these 7:30 a.m. Tuesday classes are gentle, beginner-friendly, and open to all ages. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle!
Today: Free Salsa in the Square takes over Springer Market Square in Kingston today from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Enjoy beginner-friendly Latin dance lessons, followed by open dancing to salsa, bachata, merengue and reggaeton with La Vida and friends.
Tomorrow: Join Music Trivia at Riverhead Pizza and Brewing Company in Kingston tomorrow (Wednesday) from 7–9 p.m. Hosted by Reid from 98.3 FLY FM, this free event welcomes teams or solo players. No tickets or reservations required.
