STUFF TO DO 

Today: The Kick & Push Festival is back today! Running through August 17th, it showcases immersive and award-winning live performances across Kingston venues like the Grand Theatre, Tett Centre, and K&P Trail. Experience bold Canadian theatre in this month-long celebration of innovation.

Today: Bayshore Healthcare hosts a community event this morning starting at 11 a.m. at Lake Ontario Park to welcome cyclist Simeon King. Enjoy games, snacks, prizes and help raise funds to support Type 1 diabetes research. Donations will be matched by the Bayshore Foundation up to $25,000, so get ready to give!

The Kingston Baseball Association has a busy night: 

At 5:30, the Mets face the Rockies in Gananoque, and the Red Sox play the Blue Jays at Lou Jeffries Field.

At 6:00, lots of Teeball and Major League action across town—check local fields for White Sox, Pirates, Angels, Royals, Mariners, and more.

Colts All Stars practice from 6 to 8 at Oakridge and Veteran’s Field.

There are no games scheduled in the the Greater Kingston Soccer Association tonight.
