STUFF TO DO
Today: The Fast Food Cooking Group meets today (Monday) from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Kingston Community Health Centres, 263 Weller Ave. Participants will prepare quick, healthy recipes using minimal ingredients. Registration required: email katee@kchc.ca to join.
Tomorrow: Paint Night “Life is a Flower” takes place tomorrow (Tuesday) from 6 to 8 p.m. at Tir Na Nog Irish Pub in downtown Kingston. No experience needed—$45 includes all supplies. Email artist@cavelle.net to reserve a spot. All ages welcome.
