Today: Kingston Community Health Centres hosts the Fast Food Cooking Group today (Monday) from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at their building, 263 Weller Ave. Participants learn to prepare quick, healthy recipes with simple ingredients. Registration required: email katee@kchc.ca.
Tomorrow: Addiction and Mental Health Services – KFLA hosts Music & Mental Health tomorrow (Tuesday) from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 552 Princess St., Kingston. All are welcome to drop in, make music, and connect. No registration required.
