Today: The Fresh Food Market Pop-Up returns today(Friday) from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the YMCA on Wright Crescent. Shop affordable fresh produce and healthy meals weekly. Hosted by KCHC and Lionhearts Inc. with OTF support.
Tomorrow: The Ottawa Redblacks, who had been holding training camp at Richardson Stadium this week, are hosting a Fan Fest on Saturday from noon to 4pm at the stadium. Enjoy family-friendly fun, a team practice, meet-and-greets, games, prizes, and more. Free public event.
