Today: The Fast Food Cooking Group meets today (Monday) from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Kingston Community Health Centres, 263 Weller Ave. Participants will create quick, healthy recipes with minimal ingredients. Registration required. Email katee@kchc.ca to register.
Tomorrow: The Music & Mental Health Support Group meets on Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 552 Princess St. No registration required. Join to make music and explore mental health support. For more info, contact info@amhs-kfla.ca.

Looking for something for the kids to do this summer? Registration is open for Soccer with the Kingston United Soccer Club and Atlético Kingston - House League, and baseball registration is open with the Kingston Baseball Association.
