Stunning Simcoe Island estate hosts open house with golf course and lighthouse.
One of the region’s most unique properties is coming next month.
Limestone Bay Escape, a 70-acre waterfront estate on Simcoe Island. Newly renovated property, which sits along the St. Lawrence River with sweeping views of Kingston.
We spoke to the owner, Mac Voisin about why he chose the area.
The estate features a five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence with a chef’s kitchen, plus a four-bedroom, four-bathroom lighthouse. Guests will also find an 18-hole professionally maintained golf course, two pickleball courts and an outdoor cooking facility.
Voisin says more.
Originally built as a private retreat in 1993, Limestone Bay Escape has been transformed into a luxury venue ideal for weddings, corporate gatherings and family celebrations. The property accommodates up to 20 guests.
Voisin has even bigger ideas for the future.
