Five Bedrooms, One Level, and a Backyard Where the Kids Can Actually Be Kids
If your dream family home includes keeping everyone on the same floor, avoiding the morning bathroom Olympics, and having a backyard where the kids and pets can burn off their endless energy, allow us to introduce you to 911 Auden Park Drive. Located in Kingston's sought-after Auden Park neighbourhood, this five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed with busy family life in mind — and yes, all five bedrooms are on the same level!
Let's talk bathrooms, because this home understands the importance of personal space. Two separate four-piece bathrooms upstairs mean fewer morning traffic jams, while the primary ensuite takes things up a notch with a jetted tub, corner shower, makeup station, and radiant in-floor heating. Downstairs, the vaulted ceiling creates a bright, airy retreat for parents to unwind after a day of work, school runs, and answering the question, "What's for dinner?" for the 47th time.
The main floor keeps things practical with an impressive kitchen offering plenty of cupboard and counter space, plus a breakfast bar that opens into the dining area. A poured concrete foyer addition gives backpacks, boots, and coats their own landing zone, while a nearby powder room makes pre-dinner handwashing a breeze. The welcoming family room features a cozy gas fireplace and skylights that flood the space with natural light. Add an updated lower level with a large laundry room, recreation room, and flexible gym or office space, and there's room for everyone to find their happy place.
Out back, the large, fenced, west-facing yard has no rear neighbours, giving kids and pets plenty of space to play while you enjoy those evening sunsets. Better yet, the sellers have already tackled a long list of important updates, including the roof and skylights, central air, high-efficiency furnace, lower-level renovation, tankless water heater, front entrance addition, and 200-amp electrical panel. With thoughtful family-friendly design, modern improvements, and a desirable location, this home makes a strong case for putting down roots. Five bedrooms, fewer bathroom battles, and a backyard built for making memories? That's a family-life upgrade.
