Kingston Animal Rescue is having a fundraising gala at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts next Saturday night, June 14.
Co-founder Jessica Hellard says this the 15th year of the Forever Gala and people attending the event can expect an entertaining night.
The goal for this year's gala is $15,000.
Hellard says it is an important fundraiser for the animal rescue.
Kingston Animal Rescue rescues and finds permanent homes for displaced animals through a network of foster homes.
Hellard says her organization does a lot to help these animals who often face being put down.
She says last year alone saw over 11 hundred animals come to the shelter.
Tickets to the Forever Gala are $175 each, $325 for two, or $1,650 for a table of 10, and can be purchased on their website.
