Kingston Fire & Rescue’s Scott Patterson will officially step into his new role as Platoon Chief of “C” Crew on December 1.
Scott’s promotion comes as he also celebrates 31 years of service with the City of Kingston. On November 18, Scott marked the milestone, reflecting on a career that began with six years at Kingston Parks & Recreation before transitioning to Kingston Fire & Rescue, where he has served for the past 25 years.
Scott’s colleagues praised his dedication, leadership, and commitment to the community. The promotion to Platoon Chief is a testament to his hard work and the respect he has earned throughout his career.
“Scott’s experience and passion will serve him well in this new role,” a colleague shared.
