Dr. Heather Bullock named to new role at Kingston Health Sciences Centre

Will take on title and duties of Executive VP

Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) has announced Dr. Heather Bullock as its new executive vice president, people, mission, and partnerships. She will officially start on November 18, 2024.

Dr. Bullock brings over 25 years of experience in health care leadership, with a focus on mental health, addiction, and strategic development. Her expertise spans health care delivery, policy, and research. Previously, she was vice president of partnerships and chief strategy officer at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care.

Dr. Bullock has also held key roles at the Ontario Ministry of Health, CAMH, McMaster Health Forum, and RISE. In addition to her leadership, she is an assistant professor at McMaster University and holds degrees from Queen’s and McMaster University.

KHSC President and CEO Dr. David Pichora praised Dr. Bullock’s leadership and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. He looks forward to her contributions in advancing the organization’s mission and values.
