City of Kingston seeks feedback on customer service experience

Well, what do you think?

The City of Kingston is asking community members to share their thoughts on customer service satisfaction, response times, and ideas for improvement.

This feedback will help update the City’s Customer Service Strategy, which was first introduced in 2016.

Emily Caird, Manager of Customer Experience, encourages residents to participate in the survey available on Get Involved Kingston, the City’s public engagement site. “We invite everyone to share what’s working well and where improvements can be made to better serve the community,” Caird said.

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and will be open until 4 p.m. on Dec. 12. Participants will be entered into a draw for a $100 Visa gift card. The survey also includes a poll on which technologies residents would like to see the City adopt to improve customer service in the future.
