Our human life is very meaningful and precious. In these initial meditations that are part of the "Lamrim," also known as the stages of the path to enlightenment, we learn about the spiritual value of our life, as well as its impermanence. With Buddhist nun and teacher Gen Chöyang.
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the month. Everyone is welcome!
