Cult favourite cheeseburger brand RUDY is officially opening the doors to its newest restaurant on Princess Street in downtown Kingston.
The Ontario-based brand, which celebrated its 10th anniversary in June, has built a devoted following thanks to its skinny fries cooked in beef tallow, juicy fried chicken, one-of-a-kind pickle chips and, of course, those signature griddled cheeseburgers made with a custom beef blend that is ground fresh, in-house, twice daily.
The new Kingston location will officially open to the public on Friday, August 7th, at 263 Princess St. Hours will be 11am-11pm, 7 days a week.
