We all wish to have more strength and resilience, such as a greater ability to bounce back from a difficult conversation or situation. It’s important to know that we have many inner resources that we can tap into. Some of these include the power to disengage, the power to develop a positive intention, or the power to adopt a different perspective. In these classes, we will improve our understanding of the mind and use Buddhist wisdom to find inner strength.

What to Expect:

These classes include two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic. After each class, there is time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required. You do not need to bring anything with you, and the meditation is conducted on chairs. No special clothing is required. No pre-registration is necessary. With Buddhist nun and teacher Gen Chöyang.
