I am excited to announce the 5th Annual Mason Golf Classic on September 12th, 2026 at Amherstview Golf Course. This is in honor of my late husband Chris who served on the Board of Directors for the Partners in Mission Foodbank for 9 years until his passing in May 2022. Your organization's support allows me to continue his legacy and belief that "No One Should Ever Go Hungry" .

Last year this tournament raised $26,500 to help fill the shelves and raise awareness for the Partners in Mission Foodbank. Collectively, we have raised over $66,000 since this event began.

Kingston has declared a state of emergency for Food Insecurity; the average family of 4 will spend more than $800.00 a month for the basics and in some cases will do without in order to ensure their children eat.

Attached is the official letter regarding sponsorship options, I truly appreciate your time and consideration. As of now we are officially SOLD OUT with a wait list for golf!

This annual event is in honor of my late husband who was a proud and dedicated board member at the Partners in Mission Foodbank for 9 years until his passing in 2022. We always had a strong commitment to this organization and Chris believed that “No One Should Ever Go Hungry.” I intend on continuing his legacy to help our community by filling the shelves and raising awareness.

Our community has responded beyond my wildest dreams. In 2025, our grand total was $26,500. Since this began, we have come together and collectively raised over $66,000 for our community! All proceeds from this tournament go directly to the Partners in Mission Food Bank, an organization that urgently needs our help to feed families in Kingston.
