Exhibit Space Options

• 10’ x 10’ Arena Floor Booth – $799 + HST
• Large Corner Booth – $1,149 + HST

Arena booths include drapery and access to 110v power. Tables and chairs are available upon request.

Advertising Opportunities
Enhance your presence with on-air advertising across 98.3 Fly FM, New Country 98.9, and 102.7 WOW FM:

• 45 × :30 commercials – $699 + HST
• 99 × :30 commercials – $1,249 + HST

Key Rental Conditions (Brief)

• Pre-payment required; booth fees are non-refundable
• Booths must be paid in full by March 2, 2026 (5:00 PM)
• Proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance required by March 15, 2026
• City of Kingston and MBC Media must be named as additional insureds
• Signed contract and waiver required
